Wow what can I say Barbara's skills are incredible. I do not no how she did it, but she practically made my wedding dress into a completely different one by taking it in , cutting bits off , adding linning, adding bits , making up the back ,adding arms and lace. My dress was super baggy around the waist and bum when i brought it and it went straight down due to having to get a bigger size to fit my wide back and hips. Barbara therefore took it all in to fit my body to give me a waist and shape .She's incredible. She's so friendly , so kind and will do everything to make your dress just how you want it. She goes the extra mile and works all the hours necessary to get your wedding dress ready for you in time. Absoloutly incredible skill. I cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend. Barbara designed and made my beautiful dress for my sons wedding. She is the loveliest of people to work with and an amazing talent. Her attention to detail is second to none. I had so many amazing comments about my dress on the day. It was beautiful to wear, so comfortable and she listened to my needs, I felt like a million dollars in it! I have no hesitation in recommending this amazing lady. I can’t wait for her to design for me again. I just hope she can fit me in! Barbara Ammar is simply amazing. She worked on my dress and she was absolutely brilliant! She listened to my requests and made sure the alterations were done correctly. My dress was very complex with lots of layers and Barbara took extra time and care to make sure the dress fitted correctly and I could walk... without tripping up! If I could give 6 stars I would be ! Barbara altered my dress for my wedding . I picked up yesterday and oh my god . I thought I loved this dress before but Barbara made the dress mine . My dress has an overskirt and she uttered it to fit exactly as it should and made this dress fit me like a glove while also making me feel supported in the dress . On top of that her warm personality made the whole experience one to remember. Thankyou so much Barbara I am even more excited to ware this dress thanks to you I havnt stopped smiling since . Barbara Ammar did an absolutely amazing job altering the dress I changed into for my wedding evening party. I brought the dress to her as a size 14, and she tailored it beautifully to fit me like a size 8… the fit was incredible and looked completely natural. I absolutely loved the final result and felt so confident wearing it on the night. Her attention to detail and skill are exceptional, and the whole experience was professional and stress-free. 5 stars isn’t enough for Barbara! Barbara altered my wedding dress at quite short notice and did it in absolutely no time! She did the most amazing job and I needed quite a bit off the length and waste area. I was quite nervous as the dress was lace but it was like I’d just picked it up brand new from the shop. Barbara also made my sleeves out of spare lace which just finished the dress off beautifully! 🥹Thank you so much again, you are so amazing at what you do! Barbara was amazing! She was recommended from the wedding dress shop and I am so pleased they did. She was incredibly professional, confident and skilled and I felt completely in safe hands as she expertly pinned my dress. She completed the dress and it was absolutely perfect first time! Barbara altered my wedding dress and did a sensational job. I found my dream dress but it needed taking down a size. It only took Barbara one fitting and the next time the dress fit perfectly. My experience here was great! I have had a few dresses tightened and altered in various ways and it was always possible and well executed! Barbara has done them within a week in less busy periods and when asked but always works around your schedule! I will be returning :) ~ Gaia D
